Consistent performance, useful features

I've been a FamilyTime user for about two years now, and this latest renewal was as smooth as ever. I originally started with the basic plan and upgraded to premium last year for the geofencing alerts, which have been super helpful. The location tracker still updates reliably, and I appreciate the consistency. This time, I also downloaded one of the digital parenting guides; it had some good tips I hadn't thought of. It's why I keep coming back, the software just works and they keep adding useful stuff.

Good value for annual plan

This was my first time buying from Azizolious. I was looking for a good parental control solution and saw the annual subscription for FamilyTime offered a 20% discount. It felt like a solid deal compared to paying monthly. The web filtering service was easy to set up, and the price made it feel worth the purchase. Shipping was instant since it's software, which was great.

Easy setup, works well

I purchased the FamilyTime parental control software last week. Installation was straightforward on my son's Android phone. The app blocker worked right away. No issues so far.

Thinking of buying the annual subscription. Do they ever run sales, like for holidays or anything? Should I wait?

J June Marsh 1 month ago
Oh for sure! I got mine during a Back to School sale, saved like 20%. I've also seen stuff around Black Friday. You might want to wait if you're not in a huge rush.

Yeah, they usually have seasonal discounts. New Year's is coming up, that might be a good time to check.

I'm a bootstrapped founder myself, looking at the coaching stuff. Is it actually helpful or just generic advice?

L Laura Reyes 2 months ago
I went to one of the user-focused thinking workshops and it was really insightful. Not just buzzwords, actual actionable stuff. Definitely not generic.

I haven't done the full coaching, but the free resources and frameworks on the site are already really solid. Gives me a good impression of the paid services.

How quick is the support if I run into issues with the FamilyTime app? Like if something breaks or I can't figure out a setting.

R Rachel Ito 2 months ago
I had to contact them once about a weird bug with screen time limits, and they got back to me within a day. Was pretty quick.

Their support email has been responsive for me. Didn't have to wait too long for a solution.

So if I get a discount code, where do I actually put it in? Is there a box on the Azizolious site or is it in the app itself when I sign up for FamilyTime?

L Laura K. 1 month ago
It's in the FamilyTime app when you're checking out for the subscription. Not on the main Azizolious site.

P Phil C. 1 month ago
Yeah, you'll see a spot for a promo code during the subscription process within the FamilyTime platform itself.

Does anyone know if there's usually a free trial for the FamilyTime software? I want to test it out before I commit to a whole year.

G Greg Whitfield 2 months ago
Yep, there usually is! I got a 7-day trial when I signed up last fall. Just look for it when you go to subscribe.

K Kate 2 months ago
Mine was only 3 days, but yeah, they definitely offer trials. It was enough time for me to see if it was what I needed.

Anyone know if you can get a family plan discount? I have three kids and it's adding up if I pay full price for each.

J Julia 2 months ago
They definitely have family plan options, that's what I'm on! It's usually a better deal than individual subscriptions.

R Renee V. 2 months ago
I think the pricing structure is already pretty family-focused, but yeah, there are different tiers that cover multiple devices at a reduced rate.

I'm looking at different parental control apps, how does FamilyTime compare to something like Bark or Qustodio? Is it just as good, or better for specific things?

C Cody Y. 2 months ago
I switched from Qustodio because FamilyTime's location tracking was more accurate for me. Plus, the app blocker felt a bit more robust.

N Nick Carter 2 months ago
Honestly, they're all pretty similar. FamilyTime feels a bit more user-friendly on the parent side, I think. Bark is good for social media monitoring but FamilyTime focuses more on screen time and general usage.

Is the location tracking reliable? I need something that can actually tell me where my kid is, not just a rough estimate.

J Josh M. 1 month ago
For me it's been pretty accurate. I use the geofencing alerts and they trigger exactly when my kid enters or leaves school.

It's good, sometimes takes a minute to update but it's generally solid. Way better than just texting them and hoping they reply lol.
